PNA Accounts

We will gladly bill and accept payment from nursing home resident's PNA accounts.  A copy of the order will be faxed to the nursing facility for proper authorization signature(s). Terms for billing are Net 30 days.

Payment by Check or Money Order: Payment can be made by check or money order. After selecting all the items you wish to purchase, print the page with your completed shopping basket and mail to us together with your payment for the total amount shown.  We will process your order as soon as payment is cleared.

Third Party Billing: With proper authorization, we can bill a resident's family, guardian or sponsor. For their convenience, payment can be made via check or credit card. In the even that we are unsuccessful in collecting payment from the third party, the facility requesting third party billing will be responsible for payment.
