How to Measure for a Proper Fit

Men’s Clothing

  • Shirts: Usually sold by neck size; long sleeves may also be sized by sleeve length.

  • Neck Measurement: Lay a well-fitting shirt flat and measure from the center of the collar button to the far end of the opposite buttonhole.

  • Pants, Boxers, Briefs: Sized by waist measurement.

  • Waist Measurement: Measure around the natural waistline. If between sizes, order the next larger size.

  • Inseam: Measure a well-fitting pair of pants along the inner leg seam from crotch to hem. If measuring while seated, add 2 inches for proper fit.
