At Adaptive Clothing Showroom, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every product with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee—if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

 Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return new, unworn items (trying them on is totally fine!) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping fees. We do not offer return shipping labels. Feel free to return via any shipping method such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be clean, unwashed, and in original condition

  • No stains, creases, or signs of wear

  • Original tags and labels must be attached

  • Please try on only one item per size to keep others eligible for return

 Items That Cannot Be Returned

We care about hygiene and customization, so the following items are non-returnable:

  • Boxers, briefs, and incontinence underwear (per U.S. health regulations)

  • Customized or altered garments

  • CLEARANCE items are final sale—they can be exchanged, but not refunded

     Refund Timeline

    Please allow 1–2 weeks for your refund to be processed:

    • 1–7 business days for your return to reach us

    • 1–5 business days for us to inspect and process it

    • 1–3 business days for your bank to complete the refund

     Holiday Return Policy

    Shopping for gifts? We’ve got you covered! During the holiday season, we extend our return window to 60 days for easy gift exchanges.
