Kid’s Adaptive Anti‑Strip Back‑Zipper Bodysuit – Secure, Sensory‑Friendly One‑Piece Underwear
Comfort • Dignity • Easy Dressing
This adaptive one-piece bodysuit is designed to support children who may undress unexpectedly or access diapers due to autism, sensory sensitivities, or cognitive impairments. Trusted by parents, schools, therapy centers, and residential care facilities, it provides secure, stay‑in‑place coverage for ages 3–18.
The long back zipper extends from the neckline to the waist and includes a snap‑tab closure at the collar, making removal difficult for the wearer while remaining manageable for caregivers. Made from a soft cotton/poly jersey knit, this bodysuit is breathable, non‑itchy, and comfortable for all‑day wear—whether worn alone, as underwear, or layered beneath clothing.

My son has skinny thighs, so I had my seamstress make the the leg opening narrower by taking in the inseam. It now prevents him from accessing his diaper even better.
While she was not able to get the rear zipper undone, the soft cotton material is stretchy, so she just stretched the leg opening up and reached up in to take her diaper off. I sewed the end of the leg inseam tighter to prevent her from doing that. Now its great!
No changes to original design, but can order with a buckel and a choice of COLORS would be AWESOME for our kiddos.
It's such a relief to have a fool proof outfit for stripping- my son is 8 years old and strips every chance he gets and I end up cleaning accidents all over the house. This is comfortable and very easy to put on. Just wish it came in more than white! He's also a very messy eater haha. Solid colors that show less stain would be great. Overall- great piece.
With it being so hot out these pj's have become a life saver for us! Nowhere else have I been able to find escape proof in shorts!
Only wish they came in more than white since they get stained easily and he likes colour!
My daughter has autism, and can unpredictably undress herself. I can put her regular clothes on over this and if she should undress is still appropriately covered. She CANNOT remove this. Other colors would be a nice option.
Finally found something cool and comfortable that my son can wear to bed. My son is autistic and cannot wear regular pj's as he strips down and tears up his pull up. Much better alternative to the fleece blanket sleepers turned backwards and cut up! Highly recommend!
Thank you!!
Very satisfied customer
