How to Measure for a Proper Fitting Bra
A properly fitted bra not only will feel comfortable and supportive but will also make clothes fit and look better.
1. With a soft measuring tape, measure around body right under the breasts.(Example: 32 1/2). Add five to that number, rounding up if necessary to the next even number (38). This is your BAND size.
2. Measure all around the fullest part of the breast without pulling tight. (40)
3. Subtract the number from the band size (40-38= 2). The result will indicate the appropriate Cup size, based on the following guide.
0=AA |
1=A |
2=B |
3=C |
4=D |
5=DD |
6=DDD |
